Personnel Planning – Teamwork leads to Success

Planning more than 2600 employees at our site is a true challenge that Sebastian's Team successfully manages. Sebastian himself is Workforce Manager, and he and his colleagues are responsible for managing personnel service providers, Onboarding, headcount planning of our staff, working time management, and demand-based Recruiting. There's a whole range of tasks from A for advertisement to Z for ZIP files.

Sebastian has been working at Ingram Micro since 2017 and started as HR Project Manager. After a short amount of time, he was asked to establish the Workforce Team which he is still in charge of today. Just like our site has continuously grown throughout the past years "so did my tasks and responsibilities until I reached my current job position," Sebastian says.

He himself has had a stellar career and emphasises the career opportunities at Ingram Micro. "Ingram Micro open the doors for anyone who is committed, has great ideas, faces challenges head on, and uses the different trainings." At the same time, big projects that are always happening at our site can only be faced by coming together as a Team.
