Front Office

Working at our Front Office means you will be the first point of contact for all our visitors, guests, clients, and employees. This entails having a good idea of their wishes, concerns and needs, and offering them a helping hand. You will answer the phone, register visitors, and hand out visitor IDs. In cooperation with Event Management, you will coordinate meeting room bookings, order catering and be responsible for distributing access IDs and company IDs.

Onboarding Team

As an Onboarding Team member, you will welcome our new logistics colleagues, and provide them with all the necessary information and their new work clothes from our clothing hand-out (Kleiderkammer). Our team of trainers provides our new colleagues with area and task specific information and advice for their new job routine at our company to ensure that these new colleagues enjoy a smooth beginning at our site.
