The Lean Team is getting busy again this year to organise new KAIZEN WORKSHOPS. The goal is to sustainably improve and strengthen the company’s areas with our employees and their feedback. Last year, our Outbound colleagues had two opportunities to actively improve their area during a KAIZEN week.
KAIZEN (改善) is a Japanese term and stands for “change for better”. KAIZEN stands for a Japanese life and work philosophy, as well as a methodology focused on continuous and infinite improvement. This improvement happens by perfecting or optimising products or processes in small and isolated steps. As a Lean concept, KAIZEN progresses process improvements with process experts in companies. At our company, we implement this with regular KAIZEN WORKSHOPS that are part of our new Lean transformation.
