All Ingram Micro employees and the people living in their households can now use the new Employee Assistance Programme LifeWorks by Morneau Shepell.
LifeWorks offer a comprehensive advisory service for any situation, and it’s a voluntary offer for our employees which of course is 100% confidential.
In our increasingly fast-paced world, you may find it challenging to take care of yourself while balancing responsibilities at work with obligations at home. The new advisory service by LifeWorks offers timely and qualified assistance and support to help our colleagues manage all of life’s complexities. The advisors and experts at LifeWorks can be contacted free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For each concern you are experiencing, you can receive a series of support sessions over the telephone, online, or in person.
LifeWorks offer support for a variety of problems and will support you in finding a positive solution – anytime, personalised, and confidentially! Being external service providers, the LifeWorks advisors have a confidentiality obligation, meaning no information is forwarded to Ingram Micro.
